Everything on this site, including the guides, the tables, and the results produced by the deadline checker and self-check tools, is general information current at the date shown on the page. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice for any specific person or business. Tax rules change, and GST/HST treatment in particular is fact-specific. Do not act on anything here without confirming it applies to your situation.
The free tools
The deadline checker produces dates calculated from the fiscal year end you enter, using the general rules; it does not account for every exception, weekend and holiday adjustment, or CRA-specific circumstance. Confirm your own dates before relying on them.
No client relationship
Using this site, booking a call, or sending us information does not create a client relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter setting out the scope, fee and terms of the work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SKG Financial is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees paid to us for the relevant service.
