Accounting Services for Ontario Corporations
Last reviewed: August 2026
Everything an incorporated owner-managed business needs, from one firm, at a fixed fee agreed before the work starts. Corporate tax, the owner's personal tax, GST/HST, payroll, bookkeeping and CFO-level reporting.
Corporate tax (T2)
Year-end financial statements, the T2 return, instalment planning and CRA correspondence. Filed on time, with the schedules that actually apply to your business rather than a template.
Includes the questions that come before the return: what to buy and when, whether to take salary or dividends, and whether the Ontario rate change affects your year end.
Corporate tax servicesPersonal tax (T1)
The owner's return, the spouse's, and family members' where relevant. Prepared by the same people who prepared the T2, so the dividend reported on the corporate side matches the dividend reported on the personal side. That mismatch is a routine and entirely avoidable source of CRA reassessments.
Corporate and personal taxBookkeeping
QuickBooks Online, monthly or quarterly, reconciled and closed rather than left open. Bank feeds, merchant deposits, payment processors and any POS or booking platform brought into agreement, with a chart of accounts that reflects how your business actually makes money.
Bookkeeping servicesGST/HST
Registration, return preparation and filing, input tax credit review, and the industry-specific analysis behind them: exempt versus taxable in clinics, cosmetic versus medical in med spas, and holdback and substantial completion timing in construction.
Bookkeeping and HSTPayroll, T4 and T5
Remittances on schedule, year-end slips, and a review of taxable benefits before they become an assessment. Includes the contractor versus employee question, which is the most expensive thing on this page to get wrong.
Payroll and slipsAdvisory and fractional CFO
Cash flow forecasting, KPI reporting, profit planning and the decisions that sit above the return: pricing, hiring, equipment purchases, and how much the business can actually afford to distribute.
Fractional CFO servicesWho this is for
Contractors and trades · Health and wellness clinics · Med spas and cosmetic clinics · General owner-managed corporations
How we price
A fixed fee, quoted in writing after a free 20-minute call, itemised so you can see what is included. It does not change because a job took longer than expected, and you are not billed for asking a question. If the scope genuinely changes, we requote before doing the work rather than after.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer bookkeeping and tax together?
Yes, and it is how most of our clients work with us. The same firm keeping the books and filing the return removes the year-end reconciliation scramble and means problems get caught in month three rather than month fourteen.
Do I have to use QuickBooks Online?
It is what we support and what we set up for new clients. We can work with existing files in other systems, and we will tell you honestly on the first call if migrating is worth the disruption for your situation.
What does it cost?
It depends on transaction volume, HST filing frequency, payroll headcount and whether bookkeeping is included. Monthly packages run $350 to $2,000 a month. The fee is fixed and quoted before any work starts, so there is no hourly meter running.
Can you deal with CRA on my behalf?
Yes, once authorised. That covers correspondence, reviews, information requests and instalment questions. Having authorisation in place before a letter arrives is considerably less stressful than arranging it after.
Do you take on clients partway through the year?
Yes. We request the prior year's financial statements, T2, notices of assessment and the bookkeeping file, and review the opening balances before anything else. Changing accountants does not restart your fiscal year and does not trigger anything at CRA.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, though capacity in the January to April period is limited. If you are considering a move, earlier in the year is easier for everyone.
